As an HR trainee, your role will involve gaining experience of all aspects of HR, also known as human resources and personnel.
You will work with a view to progressing to officer level, where you will be given responsibility for a full portfolio of departments.

Responsibilities:
Duties you will be involved with include:

1. Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
2. Referring issues to senior HR staff
3. Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
4. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
5. Inducting inductions of new staff
6 Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
7. Inputting into the monthly payroll
8. Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
9. Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company



Job Requirements:
1. He or she must be an intending or graduate in human resource management or related course
2. A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong administrative and organisational skills
5. The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
6. A willingness to travel to regional offices on occasion
7. An interest in working with people
8.Be confident about gathering facts and making financial calculations
9.The ability to work as part of a team
10. The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail.
